The result? An ED treatment that works in as little as 15 minutes, lasts up to 36 hours, and dissolves under your tongue so you're not waiting on a pill to digest.
No more second-guessing. No more "did I take it early enough." Just reliable performance when it counts.

Bishop McGuinness girls lacrosse dominates North Lincoln 20-3 in playoff rout

Top seeded Bishop McGuinness cruised past North Lincoln with a dominant 20 to 3 victory in the second round of the state playoffs. The Villains now set their sights on a third round matchup at home against St. Stephens. A balanced offensive attack led by MK Suire and Grace Gerber powered the team to the win.1

Suriano and Hall lead Falcons to playoff win with five goals

The North Carolina Leadership Academy kept its playoff run alive with a convincing 5-1 win over the Highlands Highlanders on Thursday. It was another dominant performance for a team that has made blowout victories look routine all season.
The Falcons have now won 16 matches by three goals or more this year. Their latest victory came thanks to Anna Suriano and Hannah Hall, who scored all five goals between them.
The duo has been a force all season, combining for 48 goals so far. Thursday's win marked the second in a row for the Falcons, who now sit at 18-2-1 on the season.
Across those two recent victories, they've piled up 14 goals. For Highlands, the loss continues a tough stretch.
The Highlanders have dropped three of their last four games, and their record now stands at 11-7. Next up for the Falcons is a home match against Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy on Monday at 6 p.m. Highlands' season appears to be over for now3.
Shoppers describe frantic escape after Costco refrigerant leak

A refrigerant leak at the Costco on Hanes Mall Boulevard sent shoppers and employees scrambling Monday afternoon. The Winston-Salem Fire Department got the call around 4:45 p.m. and quickly ordered an evacuation of the warehouse.
Joia Mock was inside shopping when the chaos started. She said an employee suddenly started yelling for everyone to get out.
The scene turned frantic as people rushed for the exits, bumping into each other and shouting warnings to those who hadn't heard yet. Mock didn't notice any strange smell or see anything in the air.
She recalled it being hot inside, but that was about it. The fire department reported that four employees were checked out by Forsyth County EMS.
No serious injuries were mentioned. The store stayed closed for the rest of the evening.
WXII has reached out to Costco's corporate office to find out when the store will reopen, but hasn't heard back yet. This is a developing situation.4
