Men, You've Been Misinformed
Men's skin is about 25% thicker than women's, but thicker skin doesn't mean better aging. It means delayed collapse. For years, your skin looks resilient. Then collagen declines, and when it does, it drops hard: deeper wrinkles, heavier under-eye bags, more dark spots showing up all at once.
Most men were never taught to get ahead of this. Women were. And by the time the signs show up, you're playing catch-up.
Particle Face Cream was built precisely for this. One 6-in-1 formula engineered for men's skin — reduces eye bags, dark spots, and wrinkles, restores firmness, hydrates deeply, and revives dull tone. No complicated routine. Over 1,000,000 men already use it. Try it risk-free with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Buc-ee's to Break Ground on NC's First Travel Center in Mebane This Wednesday
North Carolina is getting its first Buc-ee's. A groundbreaking ceremony is set for this Wednesday, June 10, at 10 a.m. at 1425 Trollingwood-Hawfields Road in Mebane, right off I-40/85.
The 74,000 sq ft location will feature 120 fueling positions and is expected to bring at least 200 full-time jobs to the area, with starting pay well above minimum wage, full benefits, and a 6% 401(k) match.
"For our first North Carolina store, we've landed in the best location possible. Mebane has all the things that makes Buc-ee's a positively charming pit stop: great leadership, wonderful community, and a beautiful stretch of I-40/85," said Stan Beard, Buc-ee's director of real estate and development.
Founded in Texas in 1982, Buc-ee's now has 55 stores nationwide across 14 states. The Mebane store will be its first in North Carolina.

The Trail That Will Finally Connect Salem Lake to Kernersville
Walkers, runners, and cyclists in Kernersville may soon have a direct greenway connection to Salem Lake — and eventually, all the way to Greensboro.
A long-awaited 1.25-mile segment is moving toward construction along Kerners Mill Creek, linking the Salem Lake Trail on Linville Road to Hastings Hill Road. The path will pass under Business 40 via a culvert behind East Forsyth High School, where a boardwalk will be built above the water.
That segment is part of the larger Piedmont Regional Greenway — a 19-mile shared-use trail that would connect Winston-Salem and Greensboro right through Kernersville. The Forsyth County portion covers about 8.5 miles.
For anyone who already walks Salem Lake, this is the missing link trail advocates have pushed for years. No opening date is set yet, but construction begins after the job goes to bid.

Several Arrested in Downtown Winston-Salem After Late-Night Disturbances; Business Owners Demand Action
Large groups of juveniles moved through downtown Winston-Salem between 8 p.m. and 4 a.m. last week, prompting police to respond to multiple incidents that included reports of fighting. Several people were arrested.
Business owners in the area are pushing city officials for more sustained police presence and accountability following the repeated disturbances. The Winston-Salem Police Department said officers conducted active security checks throughout the night.

World Cup Camps Norway and Germany Are Bringing Millions to the Triad
The FIFA World Cup officially starts this week, and while no matches are being played in the Triad, the region is playing a major role. Team Norway has set up its training camp at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, joining Team Germany, which is also based in the area.
The economic impact is significant — hotel rooms, restaurants, local vendors, and an influx of international fans and media are all benefiting the region. Greensboro officials say the two camps together are expected to bring millions of dollars in economic activity to the area.
